The desk
Tenth Square Research does deep-dive research on Nepal's sectors and listed companies, and publishes it. The filings are the foundation — the desk reads them in full and maintains a filing-level database across the exchange — but the work goes wherever the question leads: industry structure and regulation, competitive position, management's record, and whether the reported earnings deserve to be believed.
The work
- Company research reports — full fundamental write-ups: growth, profitability, balance-sheet strength and earnings quality, each verdict tied to a number with its source page cited.
- Sector deep dives — the structure, regulation and economics of each industry, and where every company sits within it.
- Sector league tables — cross-company rankings on weighted fundamentals, same-period and honest: a company with stale filings is listed with a reason, never silently ranked.
- Earnings-quality forensics — red-flag screens for the patterns that flatter a P&L: provisioning erosion, thin capital buffers, accrual build-up, profit without operating cash flow. Investigate, not accuse.
- Directional analysis — every metric classified as improving or deteriorating across periods, rolled up into pillar verdicts rather than adjectives.
Everyone has the same filings. The edge is depth — and the patience to go all the way down.
Coverage
